• Usage data: Content you create in the dashboard (posts, competitors, workspace settings)
• Payment information: Billing details processed by Razorpay — we do not store card numbers
• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset)
• Respond to support requests
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure, which uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure each user can only access their own data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

• Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com)
• Razorpay — payment processing (razorpay.com)
• Upstash — rate limiting via Redis (upstash.com)

We use cookies solely for session management (to keep you logged in). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from staying logged in.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes.
